Guidelines
I work on commissions monday-thursday and have time off from friday-sunday. Turn around time is minimum 1-2 months. Sometimes I finish it faster depending on my energy level. I am a disabled artist and i’m balancing work and studies at the same time and therefore do need extra time and patience, so please keep that in mind when commissioning me, as waiting time might vary.Please have a clear reference of the character you want drawn when commissioning me.Rush fee for a urgent commission is 80$.
If you would like to keep your commission private so I won’t post it and use it as advertisement for my art, there is a privacy fee of my choosing.Commissions for commercial use cost 200%-300% of the original price, art for merch will be anything from 500%-1000% depending on complexity and use.I have quite a few different styles and if you want a specific style for your commission please let me know or i’ll create it in whatever style I am currently comfortable in･ﾟ✧

You must be 18 or over to commission me. By commissioning or buying a character from me you automatically agree to my TOS. If any of these rules are broken you will be put on a blacklist and you can no longer commission me, buy a character from me nor obtain any characters created by me after being blacklisted.1. By purchasing art from me you are granted permission to use the artwork for personal reasons, which means you can not use the art in any way to gain profit.2. Turn around time for my commissions are minimum 1-2 months. Waiting time might vary due to my health, so please be patient.3. I reserve the right to use any artwork I create as an advertisement and example.4. You can in no way heavily reference/trace/recolor any of my artwork, even if the art is commissioned by you/made for you. Small edits on designs and or commissioned art created by me are okay as long as uou ask first. I will be more than happy to do those small edits/changes for you too, if I am not too busy.5. I have every right to decline a commission for any reason.6. Payment must be sent before I start working on your commission.7. When buying a character from me you are granted full ownership of the character. Do not claim that you made the design nor the art. Feel free to resell/trade the design if it's no longer desired besides if I say otherwise and do not sell the design for more than bought for, besides if more art follows. If you get blacklisted by me and own any designs created by me, you are allowed to keep them, but you can no longer obtain any more designs created by me. If you are blacklisted regarding something involving a character, you no longer have the right to use that character and either have to give it back or resell it.8. Payment must be via Paypal invoice.9. I have every right to cancel a commission as I see fit as well as reserve the right to keep the money for a commission, if I have already started working on it. If I haven’t started working, you will get a full refund.10. Full refunds will only be given while in the sketching stage of my process. Once the sketch is done I will only give a 60% refund. Refunds can no longer be given once I start doing lineart.11. Nsfw commissions are 18+ only, which means you have to be 18 or older to commission a nsfw piece from me.12. I require written permission from all participants before I begin my work(Mostly for fanart, giftart and ship art). If you are in a relationship with the other person/people (romantic or friends) this normally is not a problem, but if you have no relationship whatsoever with the person who you commission fanart, giftart or ship art for, please have a written permission from them or else I will not accept the commission request.13. If you are on my blacklist, you are no longer welcome to commission me nor own any designs created by me. If you have any designs created by me at the time of the blacklisting, you can keep those, but you are no longer allowed to obtain more. I am usually open to discuss you being blacklisted if you have changed, unless you have been blacklisted for predatory behavior, anything sexual involving minors or violation of privacy.Thank you for reading♡
